Suggested Use: As an herbal dietary supplement, for adults, take 1 teaspoon with warm water, up to 2 times per day, or as directed. Reminder! These are meant to be used as a dietary supplement vs. used in cooking applications. The herbal ghees take on the taste of the herb. All herbs taste different: some are bitter (like arugula), others sweet (like basil). We do not add any salt or sugar to mask/hide the taste. Just pure, unadulterated organic herbs are used.
